Application:
Upgraded Industrial Oil Water Separator TYA is applied to recover and purify contaminated hydraulic oil which is used as lube oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil and so on. REXON Vacuum Hydraulic Oil Purification Machine can fastly remove all contamination like moisture, partilces, air etc from used hydralic oil, and make oil to be new oil standard, and can be used again.
Our TYA vacuum oil purifier takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil.
After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.
